As well as my freelance availability, I would like to announce that as of January I am on the lookout for a kitchen to call my own.
I have developed my skills right across the sector, and would like to employ them now in contract/corporate catering either as a head chef, chef manager or development chef.

I still love the versatility and challenge of the freelance life, but steady hours and steady pay will always win out in the end.
